After carefully listening to the speeches of experts and entrepreneurs, Li Qiang said that General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent important speech at the Politburo meeting scientifically analyzed the current economic situation and put forward clear requirements for the next step of economic work, providing important guidance for doing a good job in economic work in the future period. We must unify our thoughts and actions with the scientific judgment and decision-making deployment of the Party Central Committee. We must not only recognize the general trend and strengthen our confidence, but also face difficulties and actively respond to them, effectively solving prominent problems in economic operation. When formulating and implementing policies, pay attention to listening to market voices, responding to social concerns, and continuously boosting development confidence.
Li Qiang emphasized that it is very important to do a good job in the next stage of economic work. All parties should enhance their sense of responsibility and urgency, thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, and strive to achieve the annual economic and social development goals and tasks. Urgently implement the package of incremental policies to stabilize the economy, accelerate the implementation of policies that have already been introduced, ensure early implementation and effectiveness, and come up with specific plans for policies that are currently under study as soon as possible. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of policy transmission, optimize what needs to be optimized, and strengthen what needs to be strengthened. The key to stabilizing the economy is to stabilize enterprises. We must effectively assist enterprises in overcoming difficulties, guide localities to make good use of various policies that benefit enterprises, resolutely address issues such as arbitrary fines, inspections, and seizures, continuously optimize the business environment, and stimulate enterprise vitality.
