The Hongshan Culture is named after the discovery and excavation of the Hongshanhou Site in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, and has been around for 70 years. Recently, the archaeology of Hongshan culture has once again been updated. On September 22nd, the latest archaeological results of the Hongshan Culture Stone Tomb in Yuanbaoshan, Aohan Banner, Chifeng City were announced to the public for the first time. Among them, a jade dragon with a length of 15.8 centimeters, a width of 9.5 centimeters, and a thickness of 3 centimeters was unearthed, which is the largest jade dragon discovered in the century old archaeological discoveries of the Hongshan Culture. "Dragon", the most cordial identity of Chinese people, is also one of the most prominent elements of Hongshan culture. As early as 1971, the "First Dragon of China" - the Red Mountain Jade Dragon, which was hailed by the archaeological community as a symbol of the Red Mountain Culture, was unearthed at the Red Mountain Culture site in Chifeng City.
