At the end of 2018, the Guangzhou International Cultural Center project with a total investment of 4.56 billion yuan started construction. The planned total construction area is about 162500 square meters, with 56 floors above ground, 5 floors underground, and a building height of 320 meters. It is currently the largest cultural property investment project for cultural enterprises in Guangdong Province, and is expected to be completed and delivered for use by mid-2026. It is understood that the inspiration for the project design scheme comes from the understanding of "Shushan" in traditional Chinese culture, combined with modern architectural language, showcasing a unique Eastern aesthetic.
