As of the end of August this year, 6833 officially registered museums across the country have received 940 million visitors, including 299 million visitors in the two months of summer vacation. Six provinces have received over 15 million visitors.

Guan Qiang, deputy director of the National Cutural Heritage Administration, said that since the census was carried out, "five completions" have basically been achieved - the establishment of census institutions, the gathering of census teams, the completion of full coverage training, the completion of the pilot of the whole process and the completion of all-round guarantee.
