By monitoring, summarizing, analyzing, and reporting carbon emission data, a data foundation is provided for real-time monitoring of the carbon emissions of enterprises in the park; And adopt unified technical specifications and standards to collect IoT data, eliminate "information silos", comprehensively, accurately and timely obtain various types of data, and ensure the reliability and effectiveness of data. The smart factory platform integrates digital management information, environmental monitoring, security monitoring, access control systems, intelligent warehousing, logistics management and other functions of the park, forming an information system for park management, public safety, emergency management and other management fields, realizing the digitization and precision of park planning and infrastructure management, and promoting the significant improvement of administrative efficiency and park management level. 5G+application "combination punch" cleverly solves factory problems. In response to the pain points of tool monitoring in the first workshop, China Unicom will establish a tool monitoring system through high-precision three-axis acceleration sensors and current sensors, etc., to provide real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of tool usage and wear conditions. Connect the tool monitoring system with the machine control system, use high-performance controllers to quickly detect abnormal vibration signals and issue timely alarms, connect the system with the equipment control system, achieve emergency shutdown of the equipment, and ensure safety. In the production workshop, inspection work is the last line of defense for safety production, and the China Unicom project team is building a smart inspection management platform for First Heavy Industry. The platform consists of a device layer, a support layer, and a business layer. The device layer is composed of intelligent helmets, MR glasses, wireless communication networks, centralized control room servers, etc; The support layer consists of a multimedia communication platform, a video surveillance platform, a geographic information platform, and a data access platform; The business layer mainly consists of modules for production equipment inspection, on-site operation guidance, remote expert consultation, and safety supervision. After the platform is built, inspectors can wear MR glasses to conduct inspections in the production environment, and the current operating data of the equipment will automatically appear on the machine equipment in front of them. If the inspector finds any abnormalities, they can record the situation through glasses and complete the problem report. On site operators can also wear MR glasses to log in to the system and obtain detailed equipment operation procedures. The system will automatically dispatch current task information, provide equipment data and related auxiliary information, assist on-site personnel in safe operations, and provide remote expert diagnostic capabilities for various production processes in the digital workshop.
