It proposes seven main aspects of work, including "1 overall planning and 6 coordination", namely national overall layout, cross regional coordination, cross network coordination, cross industry coordination, development and green coordination, development and security coordination, cross departmental policy coordination, etc. In terms of strengthening the overall planning and layout of the country, it is proposed to plan the backbone network facilities, optimize the layout of computing infrastructure, and reasonably layout new technology facilities.
