It is worth noting that as the largest vegetable producing province in China, Shandong, with an annual output of over 90 million tons of vegetables, has recently experienced heavy rainfall in many areas. Will this affect the cultivation and supply of vegetables? Experts point out that the current vegetable planting area in Shandong is about 23 million mu, including about 14 million mu of facility vegetables. 7. August is the off-season for facility vegetables in Shandong, and the supply is relatively low. Therefore, overall, the recent heavy rainfall in some areas of Shandong has had little impact on vegetable supply.
