The National Data Administration will systematically layout and cultivate the data industry from three aspects: optimizing industrial layout, cultivating diversified business entities, and strengthening policy guarantees. On the basis of sufficient research in the early stage, the National Data Administration is working with relevant departments to study and formulate industrial development policies, with the aim of seizing the strategic opportunities of data industry growth, cultivating data enterprises, shaping industrial ecology, transforming China's advantages in scale market and massive data into industrial advantages, and improving the competitiveness of China's data industry Liu Liehong said.
