On August 24-25, 2024, the first yak carnival season of Delingha City, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, was held by the Hala Lake in the Qaidam Basin for the "Qinghai Changfeng Cup". The theme of this event is ecology and life, with 3000 yaks galloping and gathering by the Hala Lake, posing in unique poses for photography enthusiasts to take pictures of. (New Society)
