Encourage cross industry talent introduction. Support the cooperation between elderly care service institutions and domestic service institutions, and guide talents to transform and engage in elderly care related work. Support elderly care service institutions to introduce medical personnel in accordance with relevant regulations. Encourage retired doctors and nurses to practice or provide technical guidance and skills training in medical institutions established within elderly care service institutions. Fill in the gaps in rural areas. In response to the shortage of elderly care service talents in rural areas, we will increase policy support and guide more capable and willing surplus labor, left behind women, and young elderly people to provide elderly care services. Support labor cooperation in various regions, focus on absorbing poverty-stricken populations and preventing monitoring objects from returning to poverty to find employment in elderly care service positions, and promote the orderly flow of elderly care service talents.
