Since the launch of the "Satisfied Consumption Yangtze River Delta" campaign in May 2019, the market supervision departments in the Yangtze River Delta region have cultivated a total of 340000 trustworthy consumer units, developed 345000 offline no reason return units, 541 "Yangtze River Delta physical store cross store return and exchange alliance" units, established more than 1000 trustworthy consumer business districts, shopping malls, and street blocks, and more than 11000 village level consumer rights protection liaison stations, basically achieving the goal of handling rural consumer dispute complaints without leaving the store or village. Since the launch of the "Satisfied Consumption Yangtze River Delta" initiative, the market supervision departments of three provinces and one city have issued a series of policy measures, including the "Implementation Plan for Satisfied Consumption Yangtze River Delta" initiative and the "Implementation Opinions on Creating Safe Consumption Activities in Beautiful Villages in the Yangtze River Delta Region", aiming to improve the co governance pattern of consumption environment construction in the Yangtze River Delta. In May 2020, the offline cross store return and exchange operation in the Yangtze River Delta was launched, and 9 enterprises in Anhui Province became the first members of the Yangtze River Delta offline physical store cross store return and exchange alliance. The Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has also taken the lead in launching the "Ten Measures for Deepening the Work of Offline Unreasonable Returns" nationwide, shifting the encouragement and guidance of unconditional returns towards standardized promotion, and fully promoting the golden signboard of "safe purchase", "reassuring purchase" and "worry free purchase". As of the end of June 2024, Anhui Province has developed a total of 77200 offline no reason return units.
