More than 200 representatives from the US political, business, and cultural circles, some countries' ambassadors to the US, and young students from China and the US attended. The American soprano singer Klee Holahan (Chinese name Kelly He) who participated in the singing of "Me and My Country" lived in China for ten years and can speak fluent Chinese. Later, she returned to China to continue studying Chinese folk songs. During this process, she gained a deep understanding of Chinese culture, ethnic minorities, and history. She hopes that more Americans like her will come to China to experience, make Chinese friends and understand the real China. Daniel Liu, the head of the Department of Music at Adventist University in Washington, D.C., expressed his pleasure at seeing the strengthening of exchanges between young people from the United States and China in the field of music.
