It is reported that since the launch of the national consumer goods trade in program, the business system of Qinghai Province has focused on the "energy exchange" of automobiles, the "intelligence exchange" of household appliances, and the "revitalization" of home decoration, kitchen and bathroom, and has made every effort to promote the deepening and implementation of the action to improve and expand consumer quality. Since the launch of the 2024 consumer goods trade in program in Qinghai Province on May 31, a total of 28.41 million yuan of central special funds and 35 million yuan of provincial special funds have been invested to fully launch the trade in program. Through a combination of "local recommendation+self registration+enterprise review", the three-level linkage of provinces, cities, and counties is fully committed to cultivating and strengthening the market entities of the trade in activity, focusing on government enterprise cooperation, and actively organizing the participation of commercial and trade circulation enterprises in the automotive, home appliance, and home decoration industries within the province in the activity. It is understood that the trade in program for consumer goods in Qinghai Province covers three major areas: automobiles, home appliances, and home decoration. This subsidy involves the replacement of scrapped cars and the exchange of old appliances for new ones. Among them, the subsidy for scrapping and updating automobiles shall be issued in accordance with the latest subsidy standards released by the state on July 25th. For gasoline passenger vehicles registered and scrapped before June 30, 2011 (inclusive), diesel passenger vehicles registered and scrapped before June 30, 2013 (inclusive), and other fuel type passenger vehicles, and for the purchase of new energy passenger vehicles included in the "Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models Exempted from Vehicle Purchase Tax" or 2.0-liter and below displacement fuel passenger vehicles, the subsidy standards will be increased to 20000 yuan and 15000 yuan respectively. At least double the policy released by the country on April 25th. The relevant person in charge of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Commerce stated that after the implementation of the new policy of exchanging old for new consumer goods, Qinghai Province has intensified the formulation of relevant supportive policies.
