To ensure the safe and orderly travel of passengers, railway departments in various regions have strengthened station and train services, strengthened the linkage mechanism between the railway and the ground, and made every effort to provide passenger travel services. The Jinan Station of China Railway Jinan Group Corporation is equipped with free wheelchairs and convenient medicine boxes in the customer service center, and facilities such as baby beds and hand washing stations in the mother and baby waiting area to enhance the travel experience of passengers; China Railway Nanning Group Co., Ltd. closely cooperates with Guizhou Xingyi Power Supply Bureau of Southern Power Grid to organize power operation and maintenance personnel to conduct inspections and checks on the power supply lines along the railway lines in their jurisdiction, ensuring the safety and reliability of electricity consumption for travel; China Railway Wuhan Group Co., Ltd. is expanding its services through the "Railway+" extension, increasing the number of trains stopping at Tianhe Airport Station, optimizing the train operation plan of the Wuhan Hubei Huanghuang New City Express, and continuously improving the "seamless connection" of transportation modes such as airplanes, subways, and buses to facilitate passenger travel.
