On July 29th, the concentrated construction activity of the "Ten Thousand Acres, One Hundred Billion" project in Panyu District in 2024 was held at the Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Park. In the first half of the year, it achieved high-speed growth in industrial investment and industrial technological transformation investment, with the growth rates of industrial investment and industrial technological transformation investment in the district reaching 47.2% and 115% respectively. Adhere to the goal of cultivating no less than 10000 acres of industrial land, providing essential guarantees for the stable development of new quality productivity in Panyu District. The project is located in the core area of Panyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a planned land area of over 10000 acres. It is positioned as a world new energy vehicle parts supply pole, an international new energy vehicle parts supply base, a bay area intelligent network connection forefront practice area, and Guangzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Value Park. Relying on independent brands, it implements strong chain supplementation and chain expansion. With key component assembly enterprises as the leader, multi-level suppliers fully support 100% near ground manufacturing of components, build a new energy vehicle full supply chain base, and create a cluster area for vehicle manufacturing, key components of the automotive industry, intelligent manufacturing of automotive electronics, and related high-end productive service industries. After a batch of major projects started in the first quarter, this event once again focused on the construction of 36 projects, including the Hengchuang Power Battery Cascade Utilization Project of Environmental Investment, the Guangqi Diyuan Digital New Factory Project, the Sound Doctor Acoustic Industry Base Project, and the Paile High end CNC Intelligent Equipment Project. 72 projects, including the first phase of Panyu Automobile City Zhihui District, the Yigao High end Equipment Production and Research Base Project, and the Penghui Energy Industry Base, were successfully completed and put into operation.
