On July 26th, the standardization construction promotion meeting for the new social class united front work organization and practice innovation base in Guangzhou was held at the Leidi Innovation and Technology Park in Huangpu District. Comrades in charge of the United Front Work Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the United Front Work Department of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee attended and delivered speeches. About 130 members of the Joint Conference on United Front Work for New Social Strata in the city, heads of the United Front Work Departments of various district committees, as well as heads of the New Federation, various branches, and new federations of various districts attended. The attending representatives visited the exhibition of the achievements of united front work for new social strata in Guangzhou and various districts, conducted research on the demonstration site of the new social strata practice innovation base in the Leidi Innovation and Technology Park in Huangpu District, and focused on three aspects: "Why organize standardization construction", "What is standardization construction", and "How to organize standardization construction". They gained a detailed understanding of Guangzhou's efforts to promote the standardization construction of friendship organizations and practice innovation bases, as well as the innovative practices and achievements of united front work for new social strata. At the centralized meeting, the release ceremony of the standardized construction manual for the new social class social networking organization and practice innovation base in Guangzhou, as well as the mini program of the Guangzhou New Federation, was held. Representatives from the United Front Work Department of Huangpu District Committee, the United Front Work Department of Huadu District Committee, and Nonglin Street of Yuexiu District gave speeches on the standardization construction of new social stratum personnel networking organizations and practical innovation bases. The Guangzhou Finance Bureau, Haizhu District Committee United Front Work Department, and others introduced their experience and practices in guiding new social stratum personnel to help Guangzhou achieve high-quality development. At the meeting, outstanding demonstration sites of provincial and municipal practical innovation bases were commended, and 12 newly declared demonstration sites of Guangzhou's new social class practical innovation bases were awarded, further stimulating the enthusiasm and motivation of the vast number of new social class people. Finally, the leading comrades of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the leading comrades of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee delivered speeches respectively, affirming the achievements of Guangzhou in promoting the united front work of people from new social strata, emphasizing the need to deeply study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, focusing on the requirements of "improving the political leadership mechanism of people from new social strata" proposed in the Decision, actively playing the role of the advantages of people from new social strata, and contributing wisdom and strength to the practice of further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese path to modernization in Guangzhou. This promotion meeting showcases the achievements and experiences of Guangzhou in promoting united front work for new social classes, providing direction for the next steps of work. The attending representatives expressed that they will take this meeting as an opportunity to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and jointly promote the united front work of new social strata in Guangzhou to a new level.
