Disruptive technologies are constantly emerging in the fields of new generation information, biology, energy, materials, etc., showing a trend of integration, cross cutting, and multi-point breakthroughs. Cultivating new quality productivity inevitably requires bidding farewell to traditional technological systems, breaking away from traditional growth paths, and meeting the requirements of high-quality development. In this process, promoting industrial integration and development is mainly achieved through technological innovation driven, meeting market demand changes, and reshaping industrial structure, including three dimensions: technology integration, data reality integration, and market integration. Focusing on technological integration is the core driving force of industrial integration. The core element of developing new quality productive forces is technological innovation. The development and application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data have led to dynamic and flexible organizational boundaries, with significant technological externalities. In the process of cultivating and developing new quality productive forces, it is possible for enterprises that originally belonged to different industries and had different technologies and markets to cooperate at the technical level, and cooperation between enterprises can effectively promote the integration process between different economic entities. Through cross industry cooperation, enterprises can apply professional knowledge and technology from different fields to their own innovation projects, which helps reduce research and development costs, accelerate research and development speed, and increase the probability of innovation success. This cross-border application achieves resource sharing and knowledge spillover through the complementary technology and comparative advantage transfer between industries, accelerating the process of innovation and industrial upgrading. Focusing on market integration is an important characteristic of industrial integration. Effective matching of supply and demand is an important symbol of a virtuous cycle in social production. China has the demand advantage of a super large market and the supply advantage of a complete industrial system, which can provide clear direction and business opportunities for industrial integration and development. Developing new quality productive forces requires promoting a high-level dynamic balance between new supply and new demand. Strengthening basic research and original innovation should revolve around the strategic needs of national development, focus on major original and core technologies, fully leverage the advantages of the new national system, strengthen national strategic scientific and technological forces, accelerate organized scientific research, vigorously leverage the important role of national laboratories in the output of strategic and key scientific and technological achievements, strengthen the research and development of national scientific and technological institutions on major scientific and technological issues, enhance the role of high-level research universities as the main force of basic research and major breakthrough forces in science and technology, and improve the overall efficiency of the national innovation system. A sound policy system and a favorable market environment are important conditions for developing new quality productivity and promoting industrial integration. We should respect the basic laws of productivity and industrial development, increase industrial policy support and guidance, establish and improve the policy guarantee system for scientific and technological innovation, and improve financial, regulatory, intermediary and other service guarantees to better stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises and individuals. Optimize the technology trading market environment, deeply explore and expand market demand, promote orderly market opening, promote positive interaction between industrial development and market demand, and create a favorable market environment for the development of new quality productivity and the construction of a modern industrial system. Secondly, improve digital infrastructure and promote deep integration of data and reality. Data is a key element for the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy. The construction of new infrastructure such as data centers is a fundamental condition for the development of new quality productivity. Improving digital infrastructure can provide solid technological support for economic and social development, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the real economy.
