Effective supervision, rectification, and review of daily violations of drainage practices and abnormal drainage outlets are carried out through software such as the River Chief APP and Drainage Unit Inspection APP. Law enforcement measures are taken in accordance with laws and regulations against drainage households and owners who refuse to rectify. At the same time, we will implement the concept of "open the door for water management and involve the whole people", guide private river chiefs and citizens to deeply participate in river management work, and build a sound water management pattern of "party building leading, river chiefs leading, scientific governance, participation of all parties, and joint management". Adhering to the principle of beauty and livability, and achieving the goal of returning water to the people, in order to solve the problems of aging facilities, insufficient lighting, and inadequate maintenance around Litchi Bay Creek, fully reflecting the "old city, new vitality", Litchi Bay District has implemented the Litchi Bay Creek waterfront environmental improvement project. By using micro renovation techniques such as space optimization, revetment repair, functional lighting, greening and beautification, and cultural signage, the theme of "bridge" is created through the use of bridges to create a bridge like landscape, highlighting the night atmosphere of "moon phase and bridge"; Bridge into the street, enhance people's experience and comfort, and achieve the goal of returning the shore to the people; Revitalize the water with bridges, focus on fine quality, activate the vitality of the waterfront, let citizens feel the new charm of Lizhi Bay, and create a "Xiguan Water Living Room".
