Li Qiang emphasized that to consolidate and enhance the positive trend of economic recovery, we must adhere to innovation driven development, cultivate and strengthen new driving forces, and expand new growth space. To adapt to the new characteristics of faster technological iteration, more disruptive innovation, and deeper cross domain integration, fully leverage the role of enterprises as the main body, increase targeted policy support, and promote new breakthroughs in more key core technologies.
