Recently, the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China conducted the 15th collective study on improving the comprehensive and strict governance system of the Party. We must adhere to the principle of party spirit, party conduct, and party discipline, and combine disease treatment and physical strengthening. We must improve the management mechanism of party members, perfect the mechanism for strict management and supervision of cadres, establish a normalized mechanism for promoting good conduct and discipline, and improve the mechanism for promoting work that does not dare to be corrupt, cannot be corrupt, and does not want to be corrupt. Adhere to the combination of self supervision by the Party and supervision by the people, promote the integration and coordination of various types of supervision, and improve the Party's unified leadership, comprehensive coverage, authoritative and efficient supervision system. Efforts should be made to strengthen political supervision, leadership team supervision, especially "top leaders" supervision, "three major and one major" matters supervision, as well as supervision in key areas such as power concentration, capital intensity, and resource enrichment, so as to effectively prevent the phenomenon of privilege and corruption from escaping. The biggest challenge facing our party's comprehensive leadership and long-term governance is the supervision of power. The comprehensive and strict governance of the Party is always on the road, and the Party's self revolution is always on the road. Adhere to the principles of Party spirit, Party conduct, and Party discipline, and combine treatment and physical strengthening. Party spirit, Party conduct, and Party discipline are an organic whole. Party spirit is the foundation, Party conduct is the manifestation, and Party discipline is the guarantee. Adhere to strict discipline to rectify work style, continuously deepen the rectification of the "four winds", vigorously rectify formalism and bureaucracy, and resolutely eliminate privileged thoughts and behaviors. Deepen the study and education of party discipline, so that party members and cadres can learn, understand, understand, and abide by discipline, and engrave compliance with rules and regulations in their hearts. We need to improve the mechanism for managing party members, promote the implementation of the requirement of comprehensive and strict governance of the party to every party member, and truly make party member management more strict and practical. We will resolutely investigate and punish any violations of party discipline. We need to establish a unified leadership, comprehensive coverage, authoritative and efficient supervision system of the Party. Efforts should be made to strengthen the comprehensive supervision of the Party Committee (Party Group), implement the main responsibilities of the Party Committee (Party Group) and the first person in charge of the Secretary, and strengthen the leadership and coordination of various supervisory entities. Improve the specialized supervision system for disciplinary inspection and supervision, enhance the collaborative supervision of "teams", the linkage supervision of "departments", and the joint case handling mechanism of "departments" and "regions", and improve the linkage work pattern of inspection and supervision. Further promote the coordination and efficiency of disciplinary supervision, supervisory supervision, dispatched supervision, and inspection supervision. Political supervision is a powerful measure to urge the entire party to adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee. The "leader" is the "leading goose" in the development of the Party's cause. We must conscientiously implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening Supervision over the" leader "and leadership team," and highlight the strengthening of supervision over the "key minority", especially the "leader" and leadership team. Improve the decision-making and supervision mechanism for the "Three Major and One Large" decision-making system, and make the implementation of the "Three Major and One Large" decision-making system an important part of inspection, audit supervision, and special supervision. We should focus on supervising key areas such as power concentration, capital intensity, and resource enrichment, leverage the advantages of disciplinary and audit linkage, closely monitor the people, events, and responsibilities behind major financial issues discovered through audit supervision, dig deep into the clues of corruption problems, and combat corruption and punish evil with a zero tolerance attitude.
