The 2024 Work Plan of the Industrial Internet Special Working Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Work Plan") issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently proposed a total of 49 key tasks in 14 task categories. Among them, the implementation of the logo "through" action has been mentioned as an important position, and a series of measures will promote the industrial Internet logo analysis to enable thousands of industries. The identification analysis system of the industrial Internet promotes the data exchange and information sharing between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and has become an important link and nervous system of the industrial Internet, providing a new path for improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain supply chain. At the beginning of this year, 12 departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Action Plan for "Connecting" the Industrial Internet Identity Resolution System (2024-2026), and this Work Plan further implemented relevant measures. The Work Plan mentions enhancing the compatibility, system monitoring, and emergency support capabilities of national top-level nodes with multiple identification, supporting the construction and access identification resolution of secondary nodes in enterprises, parks, industries, and local areas. Regarding this, Zhang Fazhen, Chief Expert of the R&D Center of Beijing Taier Yingfu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taier Yingfu"), a digital infrastructure business platform of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, analyzed that currently, the country's top nodes have preliminarily achieved compatibility with multiple identification systems. However, due to the numerous industrial categories in China and different industries having their own identification codes, identification interconnection and data exchange still need to be continuously promoted. On the one hand, the interconnection of identification needs to expand the application scope of identification, and further expand the interconnection of identification services with major industries and scenarios through the "connectivity" action of identification; On the other hand, efforts should be made to increase data interoperability and application, strengthen service access to interconnected identification systems, promote data standards and models, enhance data security and privacy protection capabilities, and accelerate the promotion of data interoperability and application Zhang Fazhen said. In order to promote the transformation of identification analysis from "construction" to "application", the Work Plan proposes to continuously deepen the large-scale application of identification in various links, industries, and fields. It specifically mentions accelerating the deep integration of light industry, food, textile, and other industries with identification analysis, and creating typical application benchmarks such as supply chain finance, full industry chain traceability, and digital marketing. For example, in the cooperation between Tai'er Yingfu and Fuzhou High tech Zone Digital Economy Development Co., Ltd., both parties applied identification analysis to the traceability of organic white shell eggs, achieving good results. The traditional egg traceability system often has problems such as incomplete information and broken traceability chains, which makes it difficult for consumers to understand the entire process information, affecting product reputation and market competitiveness. By applying identity resolution, this situation can be improved. In the feeding process, enterprises can label feed raw materials, additives, etc., track feed production quality inspection and usage, and ensure feed safety; In the breeding process, poultry will be assigned a unique identification code, and the enterprise can record the breeding process and data to ensure the traceability of the process; In the production and transportation process, the production time, batch number, production line, transportation status, location, and other information of each batch of eggs can be accurately recorded and presented. Consumers can ultimately check the entire process information of egg production, processing, transportation, and other links by scanning the identification code on the egg packaging. After the application of this traceability system, the relevant costs of the enterprise have been reduced by about 20%, and the market competitiveness has significantly increased. In addition to continuously promoting the deepening and implementation of industry applications, the Work Plan also proposes to accelerate the construction of active identification carriers and promote the construction of a trustworthy industrial asset service network based on identification resolution. Compared with passive identification, active identification can carry the industrial Internet identification code and its necessary security certificates, algorithms and keys, and can provide more abundant and high-quality data. Zhang Fazhen introduced that active identification has richer application scenarios, wider industry coverage, deeper entry points, and more significantly reflects the value of identification application, which helps to promote the large-scale development of identification analysis system. "At present, active identification carriers are widely used in industrial safety production, green and low-carbon management, urban digital governance, intelligent transportation equipment, sharing economy and other scenarios," said Zhang Fazhen. Based on active identification carriers, the trustworthy industrial asset service network can also achieve reliable authentication and data ownership of industrial assets, promote the visibility, management, and controllability of industrial fixed assets, release the value of industrial data asset elements, and promote the high-quality and healthy development of China's digital economy.
