The reporter learned from the Supreme People's Procuratorate that from July 8th to 14th, the fourth level procuratorial organs across the country will carry out the fifth New Era Procuratorial Propaganda Week with the theme of "Administrative Prosecution Goes with the People, Helps the Construction of a Rule of Law China". The person in charge of the Supreme Procuratorate News Office introduced that during the publicity week, procuratorial organs across the country will flexibly adopt forms such as holding press conferences, conducting online interviews, releasing typical cases, prosecutors telling case stories, organizing on-site legal education, and centralized interviews to introduce the practical effects of improving the modernization level of administrative procuratorial concepts, systems, mechanisms, and capabilities based on local conditions. The Supreme People's Procuratorate will also organize a special press conference, carry out activities such as "Approaching Frontline Prosecutors" live streaming, and showcase excellent administrative prosecution case handling stories and legal education works from various regions through official portal websites and new media platforms, to concentrate on promoting the performance of administrative prosecution in walking with the people and assisting the construction of a rule of law in China.
