On July 4th, the Guangdong Province Low Altitude Economic High Quality Development Conference was held at the Baiyun International Conference Center in Guangzhou. At the conference, Guangzhou Development Zone and Xiaopeng Huitian signed an investment cooperation agreement for the Xiaopeng Huitian Flying Car Project, which will provide strong support to Xiaopeng Huitian in land use, financing, application scenarios, and other aspects, jointly promoting the research and development, mass production, and application of flying cars. Xiaopeng Huitian will build a research and development, intelligent manufacturing, and sales center for flying cars in the Guangzhou Development Zone, which will be used for testing, production, sales, and camp operations of flying cars. Among them, the Intelligent Manufacturing Center is the world's first flying car factory to use modern assembly lines for large-scale production, which will first be used to produce the flying body part of the split type flying car "Land Aircraft Carrier". It is reported that the Xiaopeng Huitian split type flying vehicle "Land Aircraft Carrier" is divided into two parts: a land-based body that can automatically separate and combine with a flying body. The land-based body can fully store the flying body inside the vehicle and carry it on the ground. The flying body is the first manned pure electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft developed for individual users in China. It adopts a distributed electric propulsion system, meets the safety requirements of single point of failure, and has two driving modes: manual and automatic. The whole vehicle adopts a three axle six wheel design, which can achieve 6 × 6 all wheel drive and rear wheel steering, and has good load-bearing and off-road capabilities, known as the "mother ship" of land transportation.
