In response, the local market supervision bureau has urged the enterprise to remove and recall unqualified food, and imposed administrative penalties on the production enterprise, the legal representative of the enterprise, and the food safety director and other relevant responsible persons. It is understood that Cronobacteria (Enterobacter sakazakii) is a gram-negative foodborne opportunistic pathogen, and infants are at high risk. Clinical symptoms initially include diarrhea and abdominal pain, with a few accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Infant formula is the main channel for infants to be infected with Cronobacteria (Enterobacter sakazakii). According to the National Food Safety Standard for the Limit of Pathogenic Bacteria in Prepackaged Food (GB 29921-2021), three independent packaging samples of the same batch of products in infant formula food (0-6 months old) are not allowed to detect Cronobacteria (Enterobacter sakazakii). The reason for the substandard Cronobacteria genus (Escherichia coli) in infant formula may be due to poor microbial control in the product ingredients; It may also be due to insufficient control of key control points during the machining process. According to the company's official website, Heilongjiang Nongken Longwang Food Co., Ltd. was founded on August 1, 1998, and has three dairy and soy product processing plants. In 2020, it processed and sold 20000 tons of soybean powder, achieving sales revenue of over 300 million yuan and earning over 4 million US dollars in foreign exchange through exports. The third processing plant covers an area of 72000 square meters and was officially put into production at the end of 2015. It is a large-scale comprehensive processing enterprise for soybean powder, soy milk powder, and milk powder in China, and is a well-known supplier of large packaging raw material powder in China.
