Throughout the entire history of the Party, discipline has always been a red line for educating, regulating, and restraining Party members and cadres. The procuratorial work is an organic component of the work of the Party and the state, and the discipline construction of the procuratorial organs is an important component of the Party's discipline construction. In the new era and new journey, the procuratorial organs must rely on iron discipline to unify their will, thoughts and actions, and earnestly strengthen their political, disciplinary, moral and anti-corruption determination, so as to better shoulder the task of supporting and serving Chinese path to modernization with the modernization of procuratorial work. Strictness is an inherent characteristic of the Party's discipline and an important requirement for discipline construction. The procuratorial organs, as political organs, legal supervision organs, and judicial organs under the absolute leadership of the Party, must implement the "Six Disciplines" in all aspects of the entire process of procuratorial performance with higher standards and stricter requirements. Strict discipline of the Party, the primary task is to enforce strict political discipline. We must always adhere to a political perspective and focus on the rule of law. Whether it is handling cases, handling petitions, or issuing judicial policies, we must maintain a high degree of political sensitivity, be good at using political perspectives, political thinking, and political effects to examine various prosecutorial work, and ensure that prosecutorial work always moves in the right direction. We must further strengthen organizational discipline, enhance organizational discipline, resolutely implement the "four obediences", and consciously maintain the unity and solidarity of the Party. The party groups and procuratorial committees of procuratorates at all levels should conscientiously implement democratic centralism, fully promote democracy, correctly implement centralization, and make scientific, democratic, and efficient decisions in accordance with the law. We must organically combine strict and clean discipline with strengthening business management, carrying out accountability and punishment, comprehensively and accurately implement the judicial responsibility system, and effectively strengthen the constraint and supervision of the operation of procuratorial power. All prosecutors should deepen the implementation of the central eight point regulations and their implementation rules, conscientiously implement the norms of the integrity system, not only constantly self monitor and reflect, but also strengthen the construction of family education and family ethics, and continuously cultivate a clean and upright atmosphere. Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people is an important manifestation of adhering to the development concept of putting the people at the center, and it is also an inherent requirement for strict discipline among the masses. We must always bear in mind that the people-oriented nature is the fundamental attribute of the procuratorial organs, and take the solid promotion of the two special actions of "procuratorial protection for enterprises" and "procuratorial protection for people's livelihoods" as the starting point. We will continue to make procuratorial work for the people that the people can feel, experience, and benefit from, and strengthen the foundation of the Party's governance. We must closely combine strict adherence to work discipline with better performance of duties and responsibilities, strictly abide by the discipline of judicial case handling work, continue to rectify formalism and bureaucracy, and truly make seeking truth, pragmatism, and taking responsibility and practical work the distinctive performance characteristics of prosecutors in the new era and new journey. Life is the foundation of work. We must always maintain strict discipline in our daily lives, effectively guard the boundaries of communication, words and actions, and daily life. We should focus on early detection and prevention, and always demonstrate the political nature of people's prosecutors. The "Six Disciplines" are the basic guidelines for all Party members, and each one is a mandatory course for Party members. All levels of procuratorial organs should adhere to the combination of strict management and benevolence. They should not only strictly enforce discipline, but also strictly supervise, and persist in the strict tone, requirements, and atmosphere for a long time, truly allowing the iron discipline to exert force and the iron regulations to exert power. Knives sharpen on stones, people practice in matters. Currently, the entire party is deeply promoting the study and education of party discipline. All levels of procuratorial organs should take this as an opportunity, adhere to the combination of goal orientation and problem orientation, continue to do a good job in the internalization, deepening, and transformation of party discipline learning and education, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of disciplinary construction in procuratorial organs. We need to further strengthen disciplinary enforcement, deepen the use of the "four forms", improve the "four responsibilities coordination" mechanism, strengthen the use of cases to explain discipline and interpret the law, adhere to the principles of true and strict management, daring to manage and being strict, and continuously enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the procuratorial team. We must adhere to the combination of learning and application, coordinate and promote, combine the implementation of Party discipline learning and education with the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, and combine with the promotion of key procuratorial work, and transform the achievements of Party discipline learning and education into practical results that seek truth, pragmatism, and responsibility.
