Zhang Jun, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the Supreme People's Court, and Ying Yong, Secretary of the Party Group and Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Before the meeting, Zhang Jun, Ying Yong, and others jointly watched a presentation on the construction of the "One Network" of prosecutorial informatization. At the meeting, Deng Xiuming, Deputy Secretary of the Supreme People's Procuratorate Party Group and Executive Vice President, introduced the implementation of the tasks of the Chamber of Commerce at the first exchange meeting, while Tong Jianming, Deputy Secretary of the Supreme People's Procuratorate Party Group and Executive Deputy Prosecutor General, introduced the topics and related considerations of the Chamber of Commerce at the second exchange meeting. The leaders of the "two high" courts attending the meeting had in-depth communication and exchange on issues such as ensuring the lawful performance of judges and prosecutors, standardizing the application of leniency systems for confession and punishment, supervising and restricting judicial power and procuratorial power, and building judicial informatization. They also reached consensus on exploring the construction of a Chinese characteristic system for minor crimes governance, researching and formulating standards for prosecution and trial of technical intellectual property and anti-monopoly cases, strengthening information exchange and sharing on criminal appeal cases, improving the quality and efficiency of handling death penalty review cases, increasing the exchange of judicial data and big data models, and sending cadres to learn and exercise among the judicial and procuratorial organs. Over the past year, the two academies have worked together to implement the consultation results and solved a series of long-standing problems in their respective fields. The next key step is to combine the ongoing Party discipline learning and education with the implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and continuously promote the consultation to achieve more practical results. Raise political stance and promote the stable and far-reaching implementation of the business opportunity system in the "Two Houses" meeting.
