On the 26th, the Supreme People's Court released 5 typical cases of cracking down on financial fraud, further leveraging the role of judicial services in promoting high-quality economic and social development and the leading and exemplary value of typical cases. These typical cases involve multiple types of entities, including listed companies, listed companies, ordinary state-owned companies, and private enterprises. Fraudulent behavior covers multiple scenarios such as public transfer of listed companies, major asset restructuring of listed companies, and issuing false audit reports to defraud bank loans. Among them, the people's court shall impose corresponding criminal and civil liabilities on numerous financial fraud entities such as securities issuers, sponsoring securities firms, financial advisors, accounting firms, etc. based on their respective faults. At the same time, the people's court actively promotes the reform of corporate criminal compliance, and implements the principle of "focusing on the front end and treating diseases before they occur". In the case of Ding Moulu providing false certification documents, the people's court played a judicial role, explored and improved more flexible compliance rectification models, simplified rectification procedures, reduced costs, stimulated the internal motivation of enterprise compliance rectification, and urged the involved enterprises to carry out compliance rectification in place.
