In order to facilitate the learning, employment, entrepreneurship, and daily life of Macau residents in the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Cooperation Zone), and promote the accelerated integration of people's livelihood in Hengqin and Macao, the Business Service Bureau of the Cooperation Zone further deepens its cooperation with Macau government departments such as the Macao Administrative Public Service Bureau and the Identity Certificate Bureau in the field of public services. Starting from June 20, 2024, the Political Service Center of the Cooperation Zone can officially support the self-service processing of renewal and renewal of Macau resident ID cards by "Aozheng Yi" and the addition of three types of public security business reservation functions in the Cooperation Zone through "One Household Pass". On September 11, 2023, the "Macau Identity Card Renewal Service" self-service machine of the Macau Identity Card Bureau entered the Cooperation Zone Government Service Center and was put into use, providing Macau residents with self-service services for processing Macau SAR travel documents, documentation certificates, and receiving application results. In view of the new generation of Macau ID card renewal initiated by the Macau SAR government at the end of 2023, in order to further meet the renewal needs of Macau residents working and living in the cooperation zone, the "Macau Certificate Easy" self-service machine has added services such as renewing Macau resident ID cards and obtaining certificates from clubs and foundations. At the same time, the Government Service Center of the Cooperation Zone has synchronously introduced a new self-service certificate collection machine from the Macau Identity Bureau, which enables Macau residents to handle multiple Macau identity certificate services and obtain application results at any time in the Cooperation Zone without having to travel back and forth to Macau. The overall service process and user experience are no different from those of applying in Macau, enhancing the "same city" service experience with Macau. On September 19, 2023, "One Household Pass" added appointment functions for driver's license, residence permit, and return home permit services. The "One Household Pass" appointment service in Macau has been extended to the cooperation zone. Macao residents can make appointments through the "One Household Pass" app to handle seven types of regular business operations for Macao residents, including commercial registration, social insurance, real estate registration, notarization, trademark registration, catering venue permit, and drug retail permit at the cooperation zone government service center. In order to meet the needs of Macau residents for handling public security services in mainland China, the Commercial Service Bureau of the Cooperation Zone, Hengqin Public Security Bureau, and Macau Administrative Public Service Bureau have closely collaborated to add appointment functions for three types of public security services: Mainland driver's license (Macau residents can apply for Mainland driver's license without test), residence permit, and return home permit in "One Household Pass". The appointment business scope can be expanded to 10 categories, basically covering the commonly used mainland government services for Macau residents. It is reported that the Commercial Service Bureau of the Cooperation Zone will continue to strengthen cooperation with relevant government departments in Macau, accelerate the construction of the "Macau New Neighborhood" 24-hour self-service center for Macau government affairs in Hengqin, promote more Macau government services to be extended to Hengqin, gradually expand the field and space of cross-border government services in Macau, and provide multi-channel, wide coverage, diverse business, convenient and efficient "one-stop" services.
