The 15th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit Forum was unveiled in Macau on the 20th, attracting over 800 institutions from over 70 countries and regions and over 3500 industry elites to attend. The forum is jointly hosted by the China International Contractors Association and the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Bureau, with the theme of "Green Innovation Digital Connectivity". Guo Tingting, Deputy Minister of Commerce of China, delivered a speech stating that while the world's century long changes are accelerating, the overall direction of international infrastructure development will not change, and the overall direction of international infrastructure cooperation will not change. We need to strengthen our confidence, seize the opportunities brought about by the technological revolution and industrial transformation, adapt to the needs of innovative development, green development, and digital development, adhere to openness, inclusiveness, unity and cooperation, and jointly write a new chapter in infrastructure cooperation. Uzbekistan's Minister of Ecology, Environment and Climate Change, Abdulkhakimov, stated that this forum provides a platform for policymakers, businesses, and governments to jointly explore new opportunities for economic development. "Many Chinese companies have rich experience in designing and constructing green power plants, and we also focus on cooperating with Chinese companies in Ukraine in the field of green energy. We look forward to new projects with Chinese friends," he said. "At the exhibition, we can see many collaborations, investments, and advanced technologies in the field of infrastructure, which is very inspiring. We believe that there will be more cooperation between Nigeria and China in the future." Nancy Chenemerem Nwaka, Technical Advisor to the Minister of Solid Mineral Development in Nigeria, said. Since the International Infrastructure Forum was held 15 years ago, it has attracted more than 30000 guests from all over the world, and has contributed to more than 180 international infrastructure projects with a contract amount of more than 100 billion dollars. It is an annual industry event in the field of global infrastructure cooperation and an important international platform for infrastructure connectivity cooperation of the "the Belt and Road".
