The 12th China Acrobatics Golden Chrysanthemum Awards National Magic and Comedy Competition will be held from June 18th to 22nd in Shenzhen Happy Valley. The Golden Chrysanthemum Award is hosted by the China Federation of Literary and Artistic Circles and the China Acrobatic Association, and organized by the Guangdong Federation of Literary and Artistic Circles, Shenzhen Federation of Literary and Artistic Circles, Happy Valley Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and the China Federation of Literary and Artistic Circles Acrobatic Art Center. It will showcase the latest creative achievements of Chinese magic and comical art. The China Acrobatics Golden Chrysanthemum Awards are held every three years and are a national literary and artistic professional award jointly organized by the China Federation of Literary and Artistic Circles and the China Acrobats Association. It is the highest award in the Chinese acrobatics industry and the highest standard competition in the field. The awards include 10 acrobatic program awards, 7 magic program awards, and 3 comedy program awards. It is reported that a total of 54 programs from 23 team members across the country have signed up to participate in the magic competition, and 19 programs from 15 team member units have signed up to participate in the comedy competition. After professional evaluation by experts, 24 magic programs and 9 comedy programs were ultimately selected for the finals and divided into three groups, ABC, to compete for the Golden Chrysanthemum Award. Tang Yanhai, the secretary of the branch party group of the Chinese Acrobats Association and the vice-chairman stationed at the meeting, said that the Chinese Acrobats Association would take this contest as an opportunity to vigorously promote and disseminate the Chinese spirit, focus on cultivating talents and producing high-quality products, work with the party and the people, and strive to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of acrobatic (magic, comic) art in the new journey of the era of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization. This is the fifth time that Shenzhen Happy Valley has hosted the Golden Chrysanthemum Award, which has received positive responses from member units of various groups of the Chinese Acrobats Association, attracting many young magic and comedy workers to participate. During the Golden Chrysanthemum Awards event, visitors can watch exciting and unparalleled artistic performances presented by the top domestic comedy and acrobatics masters in Shenzhen Happy Valley. There are also many top magic masters who take you into a dreamy and strange magical world, as well as a magic history book exhibition and a Golden Chrysanthemum Awards boutique magic program picture exhibition, allowing visitors to experience the magical journey of Chinese magic firsthand.
