Accurately grasp the development direction of China's energy and power industry

At present, the world is experiencing unprecedented changes and accelerating its evolution. A new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is deepening, and the international power balance is undergoing profound adjustments. The State Grid Liaoning Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station is located in Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County, Fushun City. It is the largest pumped storage power station in Northeast China and can be regarded as a "super power bank" hidden deep in the mountains. The Publicity Department of the Party Leadership Group of the State Grid provided pictures to accelerate the construction of a new energy system and provide safe and reliable energy security for Chinese path to modernization. China has clearly set the "dual carbon" goals of peaking carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060. Chinese path to modernization is a modernization with a huge population. With the rapid development of new quality productivity, new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization, China's energy and power consumption will continue to grow for a period of time in the future, and the power supply side will face more constraints on ecological environment and relatively insufficient system regulation capacity. Based on China's energy and resource endowments, vigorously developing new energy is the fundamental way to solve a series of complex problems in the current power transformation and development. It is expected that by 2030 and 2060, the proportion of non fossil energy consumption in China will reach 25% and 80% respectively, and the proportion of electricity to terminal energy consumption will reach 35% and 75% respectively. The energy allocation pattern will be more scientific and efficient, the energy supply structure will undergo profound adjustments, and the energy utilization methods will be more complex and diverse. To implement the national "dual carbon" work deployment and accelerate the construction of a new energy system, it is necessary to take a global perspective, grasp the key points, adhere to a problem oriented and systematic approach, coordinate energy security and green low-carbon transformation, and effectively respond to the three major challenges of ensuring supply, transformation, and stabilizing prices. Accelerate the construction of a new type of power system that is clean, low-carbon, safe, efficient, supply-demand coordinated, flexible and intelligent. As an important component of the new energy system, the new power system carries a new historical mission. Clean and low-carbon means forming a clean led, electricity centered energy supply and consumption system. The energy supply side should achieve diversification, cleanliness, and low-carbon, while the energy consumption side should achieve efficiency, reduction, and electrification; Adequate safety means a reasonable proportion of supporting power sources and regulating resources, coordinated development of power grids at all levels, strong and reliable structure, strong system carrying capacity, high resource allocation level, and good element interaction effect; Economic efficiency means meeting reasonable energy and electricity demand through scientific supply, fairly sharing and timely transmission of transformation costs, and achieving high overall operational efficiency of the system; Supply and demand coordination refers to the coordination and interaction of multiple factors, including source, grid, load, and storage, the coexistence of multiple forms of power grids, the co operation of multi-level systems, and the interconnection of multiple energy systems, in order to achieve high-quality dynamic balance between supply and demand; Flexible intelligence refers to the integration and application of new digital technologies, advanced information and communication technologies, and advanced control technologies to achieve deep integration of energy flow and information flow, with significant features of digitization, networking, and intelligence. Accelerate the construction of new power grids and lay a green foundation for high-quality energy development. The coordinated development of DC power grids with different voltage levels, as well as the realization of observable, measurable, and controllable distributed new energy and microgrids, comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of power grid development, and vigorously promote high-quality development of the power grid.
