The construction of the Beijing International Commercial Arbitration Center has achieved positive results in various aspects. It is understood that in 2022, Beijing made arrangements for the reform of the arbitration system and mechanism, as well as the construction of an international commercial arbitration center, clarifying 22 categories and 57 specific tasks. Currently, all reform tasks have been basically completed. "International commercial arbitration is an important symbol of world-class cities. Building Beijing into an international commercial arbitration center is conducive to comprehensively promoting the construction of the 'four centers', especially the International Science and Technology Innovation Center and the International Exchange Center, and continuously providing new functions for the high-quality development of the capital."
