It is understood that in Hebei, Guangdong, Sichuan and other regions, postal management departments and meteorological departments have carried out regular cooperation, using big data fusion analysis models to make early warning releases more accurate and in place. Through multiple channels, forms, and dimensions, more accurate meteorological warning information is transmitted to frontline couriers in the first time. Recently, the Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau and the Postal Administration of Guangdong Province jointly issued a notice to provide efficient, fast, and professional meteorological warning services to 91000 couriers in the city, helping them avoid weather risks. According to the notice, the two departments will provide location-based meteorological warning services for couriers, ensuring the safety and smoothness of delivery channels and the safety of couriers' lives and property through the "three one click" approach: meteorological information can be directly connected to couriers with one click, that is, jointly building a meteorological information WeChat group for the postal and express industry, and rolling meteorological warning information to the safety responsible persons of various postal and express enterprises in a timely manner; One click reminder to the responsible person of the enterprise, which includes the safety responsible persons of each postal and express delivery enterprise in the "adverse weather call system". In the event of major catastrophic weather, relevant regional express delivery enterprise responsible persons will be notified by phone in a timely manner, and the adverse effects of catastrophic weather on industry production and operation will be analyzed in a timely manner; One click access to real-time meteorological information platforms and equipment encourages postal and express delivery enterprises throughout the city to access real-time meteorological information from the Municipal Meteorological Bureau, and use their own platforms and equipment to timely transmit meteorological warning information to frontline couriers, scientifically arranging work hours, areas, and routes.
