On June 6th, the "Beijing Tianjin Hebei+Shanxi Mongolia" procuratorial linkage cooperation and exchange symposium was held in Beijing. Tong Jianming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Sun Junmin, member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Tong Jianming pointed out that the procuratorial organs in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region should maintain political stability, gather procuratorial forces, fully perform procuratorial functions, and fully utilize the power of the rule of law to serve the coordinated development of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. We must continue to make efforts in serving the overall situation through collaboration, focusing on the non capital functions of Beijing, promoting the construction of the "New Two Wings", fully fulfilling the functions of the "Four Major Prosecutors", and providing strong legal protection. Taking the special action of "prosecuting and protecting enterprises" as the starting point, we will continue to promote the construction of a rule of law based business environment. We need to continue to make efforts in collaborative justice for the people, further improve the cross regional judicial convenience mechanism, coordinate the promotion of the special action of "protecting people's livelihoods", and continue to do practical work in various procuratorial work for the people. We need to continue to make efforts to shoulder the responsibility of cooperation for the rule of law, strengthen the deep level cooperation of procuratorial supervision and case handling, work together to solve prominent and common problems in law enforcement and judiciary, jointly fill in shortcomings and strengths, and promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the "four major procuratorates". The procuratorial organs in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia should base themselves on the reality of neighboring areas, resonate with the same frequency and answer the same questions together, and help promote the coordinated development of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, better serving the high-quality development of the local economy and society. Sun Junmin pointed out that implementing the coordinated development strategy of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region cannot be achieved without a fair and just legal environment and solid and powerful legal guarantees. Embarking on a new journey of high-quality development, Beijing will continue to strengthen its coordination and cooperation with sister provinces, regions, and cities, support and safeguard procuratorial work, promote coordination of political and legal work, and effectively serve and implement the major national strategy of coordinated development in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. Lu Zhiqiang, the leader of the first inspection team of the Supreme Party Inspection Group, attended the meeting. Zhu Yapin, the Prosecutor General of the Beijing Procuratorate, Chen Fengchao, the Prosecutor General of the Tianjin Procuratorate, Dong Kaijun, the Prosecutor General of the Hebei Procuratorate, Yang Jinghai, the Prosecutor General of the Shanxi Procuratorate, and relevant officials from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Procuratorate attended the meeting and delivered keynote speeches on the theme of "Deepening Digital Prosecutorial Practice and Enhancing the Efficiency of Prosecutorial Collaboration". The heads of relevant departments of the five provincial procuratorates mentioned above demonstrated and reported on excellent digital prosecutorial models. The procuratorial organs of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, and Inner Mongolia jointly signed the "Opinions on Strengthening Cross regional Cooperation in Digital Prosecutors", making systematic arrangements for the five procuratorial organs to deepen cooperation in data resource sharing, model construction, clue transfer, technology application, talent training, and other aspects.
