In recent years, the development of digital prosecutorial work has been rapid and unstoppable. Grassroots procuratorates must exert pressure, combine learning and thinking, promote both construction and application, and strive to be the first. They must firmly grasp the "time" and "trend" of the digital era, play the "first move" well, uphold integrity and innovation, establish first and break later, "empower supervision with digital technology, promote governance with supervision", and walk out a digital prosecutorial path with grassroots characteristics. Integrate digital procuratorial work with a focus on historical positioning, highlighting business leadership, and jointly building mechanisms. Implementing a digital prosecutorial strategy is an important lever for the procuratorial organs to help modernize the national governance system and governance capacity. In the digital era, grassroots procuratorial organs need to fully utilize digital supervision methods to empower legal supervision through digital prosecution, in order to achieve innovative development of the procuratorial industry, meet the new needs of society and the people, better promote the governance of litigation sources, and help improve the efficiency of national governance. To actively seek change, achieve the transition from "I want to change" to "I want to change", and learn from the successful practices of advanced regions; Adhere to the requirements of "business leadership, data integration, technical support, and emphasis on application", attach importance to and inspire the pioneering spirit at the grassroots level, and better transform the creativity of frontline investigators into the "productivity" of digital prosecution. To handle the relationship between the independence and integration of digital prosecution, the digital prosecution laboratory should play a pivotal role, business departments should take the initiative to take on the main responsibility of frontline digital prosecution operations, and information technology departments should play a good role in supporting and guaranteeing digital prosecution. We should make big data legal supervision a key focus of our work, conduct in-depth research on the integration of performance methods under digital conditions, promote the integration of digital prosecution and legal supervision, from individual cases to similar cases and then to governance, and effectively do a good job in the second half of regional social governance. Grasp the direction of the times, highlight resource integration, and promote digital prosecution through data sharing. The digital prosecutorial strategy is a revolution in legal supervision methods. Data is the fundamental and strategic resource of digital prosecution, and mastering it gives us the opportunity and initiative to carry out digital prosecution work. Adhere to the efficient flow of data, break down barriers, dismantle chimneys, connect isolated islands, and strengthen data integration, classification, and security management. At present, national and local governments have successively established big data bureaus, and the external conditions for digital prosecution are becoming increasingly mature. We need to strengthen data sharing, gather the efforts of the entire hospital to jointly build and share a "data resource directory", research and develop internal data return standards and methods, and standardize external data docking and sharing mechanisms. To strengthen data aggregation, handle the relationship between unified construction and self construction, unified management and sub management, build a dynamic, efficient, and secure "data pool", awaken and activate internal data, and make full use of it. Intensify the promotion and application of cross departmental big data case handling platforms in politics and law, establish a "main road" and "highway" for the exchange and exchange of law enforcement and judicial information, open up ports and open sharing. Grasp the development mode, highlight technological support, and use network collaboration to help digital prosecution become stronger. With the goal of "one network operation, one network access, one network empowerment, and one network operation and maintenance", we will accelerate the construction of a big data legal supervision platform and basic support system, and promote the upgrading and transformation of procuratorial informationization. Establish a big data legal supervision platform to achieve digital prosecution "one book" management, data resources "one pool aggregation", model construction "one-stop unified management", clue management "one click circulation", and case handling "one network connection", creating a practical platform and frontline battlefield for prosecutors to carry out digital case handling. Intensify the promotion and application of cross departmental big data case handling platforms in politics and law, and build a "main road" and "highway" for the exchange of law enforcement and judicial information. Improve the network security management system, do a good job in the operation and maintenance of various network information systems, ensure smooth network operation and safe, stable, and reliable operation of various application systems, and ensure that "business is continuous, network is continuous, system is not paralyzed, and data is not lost". Explore the use of blockchain technology to promote mutual trust and interoperability in collaborative case handling, and deeply apply mobile case handling systems to provide more efficient and convenient application support for digital prosecution. Following the data model of "separate construction, separate storage, and associated application", actively coordinate with the big data bureau and other units to build a good network and data transmission, extraction, and application mechanism, and form online and interconnected data. Take good innovative strategies, highlight practical applications, and promote the prosperity of digital prosecution through social governance. To implement the basic value pursuit of "handling every case with high quality and efficiency" in digital prosecution, it is necessary to accurately grasp the expectations and requirements of the people. Persist in solving problems with "small incisions", highlight "small yet precise", focus on practical application, and truly use more models for case handling, promoting the construction of models not only to "bloom" but also to "achieve results". To make modeling a daily routine, make modeling a conscious action of prosecutors and investigators, make "digital personnel" and "modelers" the "labels" of every prosecutor and investigator, make building application models the "standard" of every prosecutor, and make the efficiency of model application interpretation the "label" of every day's prosecutorial work. We should focus on restricting and supervising litigation activities, strengthen the construction and application of supervision models in key areas such as people's well-being, ecological environment, farmland protection, and safety production, and help improve the level of integrated performance and supervision. Strengthen the supervision of criminal, civil, and administrative litigation activities, strengthen public interest litigation procuratorial work, use big data to extend the supervision tentacles to the front-end of prosecution case handling, construct targeted data models, deepen case supervision, and promote the governance of litigation sources. Digital prosecutorial work should be based on the positioning of prosecutorial functions, construct an applied legal supervision model, explore the value of data, expand the breadth, depth, and accuracy of supervision, empower legal supervision, and continuously promote the quality and efficiency of prosecutorial supervision in handling cases.
