In recent years, under our joint leadership, China Arab relations have maintained a good development momentum and set a model for China Arab relations in the new era. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Arab countries, and is an important milestone in China Arab relations that connects the past and opens up the future. China is willing to work with Afghanistan to firmly grasp the overall direction of bilateral relations from a strategic and long-term perspective, and ensure that the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Afghanistan continues to flourish.
The Chinese side is willing to continue to work with the Arab side to promote high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road", strengthen the docking of development strategies, and take the establishment of the China Arab High level Committee on Investment Cooperation as an opportunity to promote the cooperation between the two countries to achieve more results. Consolidate cooperation in areas such as trade, energy, and infrastructure, and expand cooperation in high-tech fields such as information technology, artificial intelligence, digital economy, and new energy. Strengthen law enforcement and security cooperation. Not long ago, I specifically replied to Chinese language learners in the United Arab Emirates, encouraging them to learn Chinese well and understand China, and make contributions to promoting China Arab friendship. The Chinese side is willing to continue to support the "100 Schools Teaching Chinese" project, promote the construction of the UAE Chinese Cultural Center, strengthen cultural exchanges, and enhance mutual understanding and friendship.
Multipolarization should essentially involve mutual respect and peaceful coexistence among different civilizations, systems, and paths. Middle Eastern countries are an important component of developing countries and a significant force in world multipolarity. China supports regional countries to continue pursuing a development path that is in line with their own national conditions, firmly adhering to the path of unity, self-improvement, peace and reconciliation, insisting on resolving differences through communication and consultation, and taking control of their own future and destiny. China is willing to work together with Arab countries such as the United Arab Emirates to host the second China Arab Summit and promote the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Arab countries. China is willing to strengthen its strategic partnership with Afghanistan, expand multilateral cooperation, and safeguard the common interests of countries in the "global southern" region.
The relationship between Arab and Gulf countries and China has a profound foundation, and the continuous deepening and development of Arab China relations and maritime China relations is in line with the common aspirations and fundamental interests of the people of Arab and Gulf countries. The Afghan side is willing to work together with the Chinese side to promote better relations between Afghanistan and China, as well as maritime China, for the benefit of both peoples.
Mohammad stated that the relationship between the United Arab Emirates and China is based on mutual trust, respect, and common interests, and cooperation in various fields has reached an extraordinary level. The United Arab Emirates attaches great importance to developing relations with China, placing China in the top priority of diplomacy, and regards China as a long-term and reliable strategic partner. It is willing to take the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries as an opportunity to further deepen and expand cooperation in various fields such as economy, trade, investment, energy, science and technology, education, and culture.
Both sides also exchanged views on the Israeli Palestinian conflict. The international community should unanimously support the early resolution of the Palestinian issue through negotiations based on the "two-state solution". Both China and Arab countries share the same position on the Palestinian issue and should work together to promote a comprehensive, just, and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue.
After the talks, the two heads of state jointly witnessed the signing of a number of bilateral cooperation documents on investment, joint construction of the "the Belt and Road", science and technology, peaceful use of nuclear energy, Chinese education, cultural tourism and other fields.
21 salutes were fired at Tiananmen Square, and the salute soldiers lined up to pay their respects. The two heads of state stepped onto the reviewing platform, and the military band played the national anthems of China and Afghanistan.
