Promote the "one-time processing" of enterprise information changes, from the perspective of enterprises, synchronize the cross departmental and cross level changes in enterprise registration information, optimize and simplify process materials, and enhance the "one-stop processing" service capability. Promote enterprise deregistration through the "One Network Service" and optimize enterprise deregistration registration. Add dissolution disclosure function in the national enterprise credit information disclosure system to facilitate stakeholders to understand the current situation of the company. Provide tax deregistration pre inspection services, improve the "insurance joint processing" deregistration mechanism, improve the "customs joint processing" deregistration mechanism, optimize bank account cancellation services, and implement synchronized cancellation of official seal engraving and filing information. Promote the "integrated operation" of catering establishments, and timely share common information collected during the registration process of enterprise establishment, such as name, subject type, business premises, business scope, legal representative, etc., with the local food business license system, engineering construction project approval management system, fire prevention supervision management system, etc. Relevant departments will no longer collect duplicate information. It is not allowed to increase the application materials for food business licenses or add examination conditions without authorization, and outdoor signage facilities shall not be included in administrative approval without authorization.
