The propaganda of the ideological and cultural front should enhance the sense of responsibility and mission, hold high the cultural banner of the CPC in the new era, shoulder the new cultural mission, and promote the cultural construction of the new era to create new situations. To promote cultural innovation and prosperity, strengthen the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage, accelerate the digital empowerment of culture, deepen the reform of cultural system and mechanism, and stimulate the driving force of cultural innovation and creation. To deepen cultural exchanges and mutual learning, implement global civilization initiatives, and better gather consensus on civilizations. The theme of this forum is "Chinese path to modernization and new cultural mission", which is hosted by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. Central propaganda and cultural units, provincial and municipal Party committees, propaganda departments of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, relevant leaders of some cultural enterprises and institutions, and experts and scholars from think tanks attended the forum.
