The procuratorial organs have assisted enterprises in preventing and resolving risks, and now our company's production and operation have continued to improve. Recently, a sports goods company in Fengze District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, called the prosecutor of the Fengze District Prosecutor's Office for good news.". The sports shoes produced by the company using certain technological materials are quite popular in the market. However, in recent years, the company has found that the purchase price of raw materials for this product is abnormally high, leading to a significant increase in product cost. The company manager discovered that some suppliers provided abnormal raw material quotations to the company. Upon checking the company's financial statements, it was found that many raw material quotations exceeded twice the market price. After investigation, it was found that there was internal and external collusion between the company's employees and the raw material supply company. Suppliers use bribery to promote high priced raw materials and obtain more orders. After the incident, the court intervened as soon as possible and guided the investigation authorities in accordance with the law to arrest the suspected supplier Lin and the internal procurement manager Liu of the company. After investigation, it was found that Lin bribed Liu with 420000 yuan 9 times in order to seek illegitimate benefits. After receiving the benefits, Liu collected all the high priced raw materials according to orders and used his position to help increase orders and urge payments, causing significant losses to the company. In the end, the court sentenced Liu to one year and four months in prison for bribery as a non-state employee, and Lin to eight months in prison with a one-year probation for bribery. Fengze District is the core economic development area of Quanzhou City, gathering 90% of the city's municipal bank headquarters and 85% of financial institutions, with a particularly active private economy. In order to accelerate the implementation of Quanzhou's "Bay Area Strategy" and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in its jurisdiction, the court and Quanzhou Procuratorate have jointly built the Digital Intelligence Prosecutorial Center, relying on digital means to create an intelligent prosecutorial work platform that integrates functions such as intelligent prosecutorial work, data services, office and case handling, and legal education. A "pro Qing and enterprise protection" team studio has been established in the Quanzhou area of the Haisi Central Business District. After the completion of the above-mentioned case, the court assisted the sports equipment company in using the intelligent procuratorial work platform data to screen collisions and discovered the criminal facts of two other employees accepting bribes. This helped the company to dig deeper into internal corruption clues, crack down on job-related crimes that infringe on the company throughout the entire chain, and promote the healthy development of the enterprise. At the same time, in order to promote the in-depth development of data empowerment for the compliance work of enterprises involved in cases, the court has collaborated with the Municipal Procuratorate to develop an enterprise compliance cloud platform. The entire process records 5 compliance cases of enterprises involved in cases handled by the court in 2023 and cooperation cases of enterprises involved in compliance in different locations. It provides enterprise compliance risk point investigation services, sorts out and integrates common problems related to enterprise crime, and actively provides "compliance medical examinations" for more than 400 enterprises, blocking more than 750 operational and management loopholes. Since 2023, more than 40 enterprises and more than 200 enterprise personnel have visited the Shuzhi Prosecutors Center, participated in more than 10 legal salons to escort the development of enterprises, and listened to the legal courses taught by members of the "Pro Qing Protect Enterprises" team, truly achieving the goal of "preventing diseases before they occur".
