"When I first visited China in 1988, Beijing was still the 'capital of bicycles', but now it has become a highly developed modern city. The tremendous changes have left a deep impression on me. Sanginetti highly praised China's global development initiative, global security initiative, and global civilization initiative, believing that these initiatives will promote world peace. "Uruguay has always been a supporter of peaceful coexistence among countries. In 2023, China and Ukraine established a comprehensive strategic partnership, and their relationship reached a new level.
