They conducted in-depth investigations in procuratorial organs in Yichang, Wuhan, and other places in Hubei. At the People's Procuratorate of Yichang City, we should bravely conduct research on the special actions of "inspecting and protecting enterprises" and "inspecting and protecting people's livelihoods", as well as the ecological inspection of the Yangtze River. He emphasized that the participation of procuratorial organs in the construction of a legal business environment requires action and effectiveness. Shouting slogans a thousand times is better than handling a case accurately. The prosecution and protection of enterprises should take "protection" as the starting point and foothold, and take high-quality and efficient case handling as the basic approach. We should not only handle cases related to enterprises in the prosecution process in accordance with procedures and laws, but also increase supervision on illegal "seizure and freezing" of enterprise property, illegal use of compulsory measures, and "hanging cases" related to enterprises in accordance with the law. We should deepen the compliance reform of enterprises involved in cases, and effectively protect the property rights of enterprises and the legitimate rights and interests of entrepreneurs. The procuratorial organs of Hubei Province have been exploring the governance of minor crimes earlier in the country and have achieved good results. At the People's Procuratorate of Wuhan, it should be emphasized that strengthening the governance of minor crimes is an important aspect of modernizing social governance. We should actively explore a better and faster high-quality and efficient case handling system, a conflict and dispute resolution system that runs through the handling of cases, a prosecution source governance system that emphasizes both crime and governance, and a sound and perfect mechanism for handling minor offenses that separates complexity and simplicity, severity and speed. We should strengthen the supervision and restraint of non arrest and non prosecution, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of handling minor offenses. When handling cases of minor offenses, we cannot ignore the severity or aggravation of the circumstances, and when handling cases of serious offenses, we cannot ignore the severity or aggravation of the circumstances. The premise and key is to strictly abide by the law, based on facts and laws, and to be lenient, strict, and balanced. Case management and quality evaluation are essential and inevitable requirements for high-quality and efficient case handling. At the People's Procuratorate of Hubei Province, we should bravely listen to reports on the procuratorial work of big data assisted decision-making and analysis, and give full recognition to the procuratorial work in Hubei. He emphasized that the procuratorial organs in Hubei should have a clear political stance, firmly support the "two consolidations" and resolutely uphold the "two safeguards", and fully implement the absolute leadership of the Party over procuratorial work throughout the entire process of procuratorial work.
