Efforts should be made to break through the barriers of existing promotional methods, fully utilize short video platforms to build health promotion accounts, enrich promotional forms through role-playing, story construction, and scenario presentation, create a promotional matrix, and increase attention. In the promotion process, effective differentiation of the target audience should be based on big data. Regular chronic disease follow-up can be carried out for the elderly, and themed lectures on eugenics and childbearing can be held for young people of childbearing age.
