The zone aims to create a full chain of convenient "lifestyle packages", forming a guide map for purchasing mainland telephone cards, exchanging currency, seeking medical treatment, and launching short-term discounted communication package cards. It also provides multiple popular applications such as car and boat tickets, scenic spot ticket reservations, and hotel bookings to meet the needs of overseas merchants in various aspects such as food, accommodation, and transportation; In terms of convenient transportation, the special zone provides an integrated "travel code", which can be used for subway and public transportation throughout Guangzhou. It is gradually expanding to 21 cities in Guangdong and the entire Hong Kong and Macao region, helping passengers to travel easily and freely in the Bay Area. In order to enhance the experience of overseas people in Guangdong during the Canton Fair, Guangdong focuses on the communication, payment, travel, identity verification, and use of digital applications that exist in cross-border exchanges between overseas people. More than 30 popular services for overseas friends in work and life have been launched in the "Digital Convenience Service Zone for Overseas People" on the "Wanshitong" platform, and support 16 language translations to make overseas customers use them more smoothly. In addition, the zone relies on mainstream payment platforms to achieve "external card internal binding", connecting mainstream bank cards from more than 200 countries and regions, achieving convenient payment by scanning codes and automatic exchange settlement, making it as convenient for overseas merchants to consume in Guangdong as mainland residents; The zone also organizes and gathers high-frequency government services such as fast customs clearance, temporary accommodation registration for foreigners, and visa processing, and provides bilingual intelligent customer service guidance in Chinese and English to facilitate online business operations for customers. According to statistics, during this year's Canton Fair, the "Overseas Service Zone" of the "Wanshitong" platform provided high-frequency services for overseas merchants, including payment codes, bus codes, subway codes, scan and scan, ride hailing, hotel booking, and domestic mobile card application. As one of the first achievements of the three-year action plan for the construction of the "Digital Bay Area", the "Wanshitong" comprehensive service platform provides a wide coverage and high stickiness platform for promoting the effective integration of government services and public services in the Greater Bay Area. Since its launch in December last year, the "Wanshitong" platform has covered all cities in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, with an average daily active user count of over 30000 (weekend peak value exceeding 80000) and providing over 100 cross-border services.
