On May 6th, the Supreme People's Procuratorate held a party group meeting to convey and study the spirit of the Political Bureau meeting of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on April 30th, and to study and deploy measures to be implemented by the procuratorial organs; Deliberate the opinions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on strengthening the work of procuratorial technology in the new era, and study and deploy relevant work. We need to deeply study and understand the scientific judgment of the Party Central Committee on the economic situation, systematically and accurately grasp the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee for economic work in the second half of the year, coordinate and implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, the Central Political and Legal Work Conference, and the National Prosecutors General Conference, focus on key tasks such as "developing new productive forces according to local conditions", "steadfastly deepening reform and opening up", "continuously preventing and resolving risks in key areas", "solidly promoting green and low-carbon development", and "effectively safeguarding and improving people's livelihoods", and combine with the actual situation of procuratorial work, comprehensively coordinate and fully fulfill the legal supervision function, handle every case with high quality and efficiency, and carry out special actions such as "procuratorial protection of enterprises" and "procuratorial protection of people's livelihoods", fully utilizing the power of the rule of law to promote the consolidation and Situation. We must conscientiously implement the decision and deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to continuously deepen the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta integration, closely grasp the two key points of "integration" and "high quality", further improve the procuratorial service guarantee system, support and guide relevant regional procuratorial organs to strengthen their performance coordination, and serve the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta integration with greater efforts and more practical measures. The meeting pointed out that the "Opinions on Strengthening the Technical Work of Prosecutors in the New Era" is the top-level design of the procuratorial technical work system, work layout, and work tasks under the new situation, and should be effectively implemented. Identify the key points and directions for the development of prosecutorial technology work, adhere to "rational layout, distinctive setting, integrated use, and systematic management", adhere to professional, distinctive, and differentiated development, and actively build a focused, distinctive, and hierarchical prosecutorial technology support system.
