Against the backdrop of the raging Cold War, making this independent and autonomous decision was extremely difficult, and it has been proven to be correct and visionary. The establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France has built a bridge for communication between the East and the West, and also promoted the evolution of international relations towards dialogue and cooperation. For the past 60 years, China France relations have always kept up with the times. In the relationship between China and Western countries, the two countries have taken the lead in establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership and initiating institutional strategic dialogue; Take the lead in carrying out cooperation in aviation, nuclear energy, third-party markets, etc; Take the lead in establishing cultural centers and hosting cultural years for each other, and play a leading role in promoting mutual learning among global civilizations. The cooperation between the two countries has facilitated the Paris Agreement on climate change and the Kunming Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, effectively advancing the global climate agenda. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Over the past 75 years, relying on the hard work and struggle of the entire Chinese people, China has developed from poverty to the world's second largest economy, with hundreds of millions of rural impoverished people lifted out of poverty, creating a miracle in the history of human development. In 2023, China's economy will grow by 5.2%, and the target for 2024 is around 5%, with higher quality development. China will continue to provide impetus for global growth and bring opportunities to countries around the world. An important experience of China's development is to unwaveringly adhere to opening up to the outside world.
