All regions and relevant departments should adhere to bottom line thinking, consolidate work responsibilities, strengthen monitoring and early warning, improve emergency plans, timely investigate and dispose of risks and hidden dangers in key areas and areas, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property and social stability. Li Qiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, issued instructions to make every effort to rescue the injured, meticulously carry out post disaster work, and make every effort to search and rescue trapped individuals, in order to strictly prevent secondary risks.
