China and Mongolia will hold joint training for the "Grassland Partner 2024" Army

According to the website of the Ministry of National Defense, according to the annual cooperation plan between the Chinese and Mongolian armies and the mutual agreement, the joint training of the "Grassland Partner 2024" army will be held from the end of April to the end of May in East Gobi Province, Mongolia. China will send battalion level troops, carrying various types of weapons and wheeled equipment, to Mongolia for training. This is the first joint training between the two armies to address the activities of illegal armed groups, with the aim of further deepening strategic mutual trust and practical cooperation between the Chinese and Mongolian armies, and injecting positive energy into regional peace and stability.
