The 8 key links include account section, comment section, group circle section, live broadcast and short video section, life service section, browser and search engine section, e-commerce section, and section involving minors. Among them, in the account section, we will crack down on posting content containing illegal website links in account avatars, nicknames, introductions, signatures, covers, and other locations. In the comment section, we will rectify the posting of information containing illegal websites in the comment section and bullet comments on popular topics. In the group circle segment, we will crack down on posting chat records, H5 pages, document notes, and mini program sharing links containing pornographic and fraudulent website links. We will use false group buying, red envelopes, game testing, and other activities to use exaggerated language to induce users to click and spread illegal external links. The relevant person in charge of the Central Cyberspace Administration stated that the variant of the problem of illegal information backlinks mutates quickly, has strong cross platform flow, and is prone to rebound and recurrence. Local Cyberspace Administration departments should attach great importance to and carefully deploy, comprehensively grasp the manifestations of illegal information backlinks, and concentrate on cracking down on a number of accounts, groups, and platforms with prominent problems. If it involves illegal activities, it will be transferred to relevant departments for disposal and publicly exposed, forming a deterrent effect.
