The first stop of the excavation of overseas Chinese cultural resources to support the construction of the "Million and Ten Thousand Project" is the Latin Mao Square, which has exotic characteristics. This is a foreign cultural and sports activity venue created by Pan Wenliang, a Chinese who has lived in Panama for more than 40 years, in collaboration with overseas Chinese groups in Panama. It is named after the characteristics of Latin America and aims to establish a cultural, trade, and tourism exchange center between China and Latin America. At present, the "Home of Overseas Chinese", the Latin American Business Museum, and the Panama Overseas Chinese Culture Exhibition Hall in Huadu District are all located in the Latin Mao Square. In recent years, the wind gathering team has visited the Panama Cultural Exhibition Hall, where a series of celebration activities such as the "Latin American Carnival", "Celebrating the New Year and Welcoming the Winter Olympics" have been held. Pan Wenliang, Panamanian overseas Chinese businessman and president of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, said that today, the descendants of overseas Chinese have emerged with strong vitality. He hoped to bring the precipitation of overseas Chinese in Latin America for more than 40 years, bring the unique and charming Panamanian culture back to China, actively respond to the national "the Belt and Road" policy, and explore innovation and development together to achieve win-win cooperation. Latinmao Square exists as a commercial contact point for Chinese and overseas Chinese, and we hope to tell the story of our hometown and promote the culture of overseas Chinese through it. Pan Wenliang, a Panamanian overseas Chinese businessman and president of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, happened to have 45 overseas Chinese watchtowers located in a village in the eastern part of Huashan Town. Luochang Village, Huashan Town, is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese. The number of overseas Chinese living abroad is twice the registered residence population of the village. They left precious overseas Chinese watchtowers for their hometown, becoming iconic buildings of the hometown. The "Huashan · Time Town" project in Luochang Village, Diaolou, Huashan Town, relies on the cultural characteristics of overseas Chinese architecture. Through moderate cultural and creative development of overseas Chinese Diaolou and old houses, and equipped with cultural hotels, exhibition halls and other infrastructure, a cultural town covering an area of over 400 acres has been constructed.
