Today, the investment promotion conference for jointly building industrial parks (areas) in concentrated and contiguous areas and corresponding areas of Shenzhen was held to address the land concerns of enterprises and ensure that high-quality projects have land available in Shenzhen. The reporter learned that at today's meeting, Bao'an, a manufacturing region, will release 7 large areas of concentrated contiguous land, covering a total area of 833 hectares, of which the first batch of investment land is 119 hectares. In the future, these concentrated and contiguous investment land will become a strong support for investment attraction and industrial development. Only large-scale space can accommodate large machines and support large enterprises. It is understood that in recent years, Bao'an has accelerated the construction of high-quality industrial space, continuously explored new models of land secondary development, expanded industrial space, and provided strong space guarantee for high-quality development and new industrialization by providing land for good projects. The integrated development of 7 large areas and the activation of high-quality industrial spatial layout are important supports for achieving high-quality development. The reporter found that the seven concentrated contiguous areas in Bao'an can be divided into three categories. The first category is the central area type, which is the Bao'an Central Area and the Huanqingping Ancient Market Area; The second type is industrial, including the Shiyanluo rental area, Baoshi Lake area, Yanluotang Xiachong community area, and Songgang Huamei industrial area; The third type is headquarters type, which is the Hangcheng Jiuwei International Headquarters Cluster Area. The combination of industrial areas dominated by manufacturing and technology and central areas dominated by finance and commerce reflects the integrated development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries. Previously, in the main development framework of "422133" in Bao'an, it was proposed to build two major urban functional centers: Bao'an Central District and Shenzhen Western City level Center. In this concentrated contiguous area, Bao'an Central District is positioned as a "Central Vitality Zone+Cultural, Financial and Business District", with a focus on developing modern service industries such as finance, digital, and fashion technology and culture. It further strengthens the coordination around the bay, supports the bay construction, and jointly builds a new modern center for Qianhai City. The Huanqingping Ancient Market Area is located in the western city level center of Shenzhen and is planned as the Xinqiao Business Center. The goal is to create a comprehensive commercial district of Huanqingping Ancient Market with history as its characteristic and cultural creativity as its main focus. The district will layout commercial, business, office, hotel, residential and other functions, and link with surrounding culture and blue green resources to build a diverse and dynamic block with cultural and creative functions. In terms of industry, both the Shiyan Luozhu area and the Songgang Huamei Industrial Zone are located in the top 20 advanced manufacturing industrial parks in Shenzhen, and will further introduce strategic emerging industrial clusters. The Baoshi Lake area belongs to the Shiyannan Shibi Long Science and Technology Innovation Park, adjacent to the Pengcheng Laboratory.
